Our Coffee DECAFFEINATED ARTEMISA, has been made with a special selection of coffee beans from the India, made by our coffee master.
The choice of Cherry Robust AB, allows the seeds to receive a natural drying in the sun, maintaining all the tradition and artisanal process. The beans have a particular taste, thanks to their exposure to the tropical monsoon winds on the Malabar coast for about three months, which gives them a special stamp that practically makes their flavor in the cup exactly the same as a classic espresso, although deep down it is a decaffeinated cigar.
India Cherry Robust physique is grown on the east side of the Western Ghats Range, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the most biologically diverse areas in the world, with more than 5,000 species of flowering plants and 500 species of birds.
